Shoot, Scoot, and Serve is coming!

The annual CCS Shoot, Scoot, and Serve will be held on Monday, November 14th.  The clay shoot will once again be held at beautiful Selwood Farms in Sylacauga.  Registration at 11:00, lunch at noon, with a shotgun start afterward.  If you’re interested in shooting, contact Coach Adams.  This year’s entry fee has dropped to $150 per shooter.

The elementary “Scoot” will happen on campus from 8-12, featuring games, learning stations, snack stations, and bounce houses, and will culminate in a family cookout for lunch.  The “Serve” for grades 7-12 will take place in a variety of locations; confirmed so far is the Spirit of Hope Youth Ranch, and we’re waiting to hear confirmation from at least 3 more nonprofits that have expressed interest in using our help. If you’re a parent interested in helping on the Scoot or the Serve, contact Debbie Collins.

There will be an informational meeting coming on October 10th for those with questions about the event.  Look for more information on that to drop on the website soon.

The Shoot, Scoot, and Serve is the largest event undertaken by the CCS family each year to supplement our budget; we look forward to working with you for another successful event. We can always use those willing to inquire at businesses and collect sponsorships and door prizes; if you’re interested in helping on the corporate end of things, you can contact Coach Adams as well.
